We’re based in Tintagel and proudly serve the North Cornwall area, including Boscastle, Camelford, Delabole, Port Isaac, Wadebridge, and surrounding villages.
How do I book a clean?
Start by booking a free consultation through our website. We’ll follow up within 24 hours to confirm your appointment and chat about your needs.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all—it’s up to you! We’re happy to work while you’re in or out. If we’re cleaning a holiday let, we’ll coordinate key collection or entry instructions with you.
Can I get a quote before booking a clean?
Of course. After our initial visit, we’ll provide a no-obligation quote based on your specific needs.
Can you do one-off cleans or just regular bookings?
We do both! Whether you need a deep one-off clean, a move-out spruce-up, or a regular slot, we’re happy to help.
Do you clean holiday lets?
Yes! With 8 years of experience managing our own cottages, we specialise in holiday let changeovers, linen hire, and even welcome hamper delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Life happens—we just appreciate the heads up!
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We’re fully insured for peace of mind—for you and us.
Do you offer linen hire or hampers?
Yes! We offer fresh linen hire and laundering, and can deliver custom welcome hampers for your guests—just let us know what you’d like included.
What do I do about rubbish and recycling?
Great question! If your property is a holiday let, you’ll need your own waste collection service — but don’t worry, we can recommend a reliable local option that knows the drill. If it’s your private home, we’ll just pop your bags in your own household bins as usual.
